How I Run a One-Person Agency with AI Agents

AIBehind the ScenesStartup

Fomalia is a one-person operation that outputs like a team of ten. Here's how.

My AI agent fleet handles everything from proposal generation to content production to client reporting. I focus on strategy, quality control, and relationships. The agents handle the rest.

The stack: - Sales Agent: auto-generates proposals from brief inputs, pulls pricing from rate card, formats professional PDFs - Content Agent: produces social posts, blog drafts, and campaign copy trained on brand voice - Design Agent: creates layouts, selects assets, prepares files for production - PM Agent: tracks deadlines, sends reminders, generates weekly status reports - Analytics Agent: pulls data from platforms, generates insight summaries

Daily workflow: I wake up, review overnight agent outputs, approve or refine, then focus on the 20% of work that requires human judgment. Client calls, creative direction, relationship building.

The economics: A marketing executive in Vietnam costs 15-25 million VND/month. A team of three costs 45-75 million. Fomalia charges 25-50 million but delivers 3x the output.

This isn't about replacing people. It's about one person being able to do what used to require a team. The future of creative work is smaller teams with better tools.
